Some extreme minimalism...
Combined System Monitoring, date and a clock in one widget

• Requires XWidget v1.8.6+ (It won't work on older versions)

Guide:

• The outer large circle is the CPU usage.
• Inner circles are memory usage. The white for RAM and the black for swap (pagefile).
• The extreme inner circle represents the total hard disk usage.
• Date, time and clock as usual
